Excellence Design provides brand strategy, brand identity, brand design, digital experience, and related consulting services. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for each engagement are defined in individual project proposals or statements of work agreed upon between Excellence Design and the client.
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Excellence Design and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Upon full payment for services rendered, clients receive a license to use the deliverables as specified in the project agreement. Excellence Design retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients agree to provide timely feedback, necessary materials, and approvals as outlined in the project agreement. Delays caused by the client may affect project timelines and deliverables. Clients are responsible for ensuring that any materials provided to Excellence Design do not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.
Payment terms are defined in individual project proposals. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 30 days of issuance. Late payments may incur additional fees. Excellence Design reserves the right to suspend work until outstanding payments are resolved.
Both parties agree to treat as confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the business relationship. Confidential information will not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.
Excellence Design shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific services giving rise to such claim.
Either party may terminate a project engagement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date. Any deliverables paid for in full will be transferred to the client upon settlement of all outstanding amounts.
You may not use this website for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair the website. Reproduction, distribution, or modification of any content without prior written permission is prohibited. We reserve the right to restrict access to the website at our discretion.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Milan, Italy.
